Health & Safety Restrictions: We take the safety and wellbeing of all guests very seriously. For this reason, our hot tub bookings require a minimum of 2 people. There must also be someone over the age of 18 present with children at all times.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable within 24 hours of date and time of session.

Notes

Please Note: The hot tub fee includes access to the Hot Tub only, access to Driftaway Queenstowns other facilities is not included.
Hot Tubs differ to Jacuzzis and do not have powerful jets/bubbles.
The Hot Tubs allow for 2-4 people per session. This activity must be completed with a minimum of two people. If you arrive with one person you will not be admitted to the hot tub and no refund will be given
Maximum four people. Children must be two or over but still requires two adults (over 18 years) to be in attendance.
You can bring beverages to enjoy but no glassware. Acrylic glasses are available from reception.
Strictly no food to be brought or consumed in the hot tubs.
The 1 hour time allowed includes change time.
The temperature of the hot tubs is 38 degrees but can vary 1 or 2 degrees either way.
Parking: There is free roadside parking available, as well as on the lakefront below our property. We recommend allowing 5 minutes for parking. Please note, there is no parking available inside the property.
Smoke/Vape Free: Driftaway Queenstown is a Smoke/Vape free property.

Well worth it when discounted

We had a great time together as a family on a rainy day in Queenstown. Beautiful view of the lake, water, towels and music provided. We were staying on site so we were able to shower in the bathrooms afterwards. A great option for any kind of weather.

I was a very cold Queenstown day, but the pool was fabulous. The hour we had was just so lovely and relaxing. Only thing I will say is I wish we had realized earlier was that the cute wee speaker they had there wasn't just radio, we could've bluetoothed our own Spotify - which is a genius touch!! Fully recommend and we will go back.

There are better saunas in Queenstown

Arrived and our spa wasn't even heated to the required 38 degrees we sat in lukewarm water for an hour. Dont waste your money
