My husband and I had two nights in Lake Tekapo and purchased tickets for the hot springs. It was a perfect winters day and the hot pools were great. Friendly staff, good ticket pricing through Bookme. Clean facilities. The most amazing views. Highly recommend stop here
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted you and your husband enjoyed your time with us. It's great to hear you loved the hot pools, our friendly team, and the stunning mountain views. We hope to welcome you back to Tekapo Springs again soon.
This has a different 'smaller hot pool' complex than Hanmer and is not over-crowded on each time we have visited. Sauna & Steam are also good for a small extra amount. Well worth a visit, especially on a Tekapo 'dark sky' night-time or to overlook snowy mountains.
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear you've enjoyed your visits and appreciated our more relaxed atmosphere. It's great to know you enjoyed the sauna and steam room too. We look forward to welcoming you back for in the future.
Hot pools were great. Abit overpriced. The staff at Tekapo springs tried to make me pay more becouse I didn't show up on time My paid session was 3pm to 7pm I showed up at 4. But my session still goes to 7pm They wanted to charge me more for not coming an hour earlier, all though my time remains the same.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed our hot pools. We’re sorry to hear about the confusion regarding your arrival time and any frustration this may have caused. We’ll review what happened with our team to ensure our session times and pricing are communicated clearly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Can't review as was sick
Sorry to hear you didn't get to experience the hot pools as you were sick, Nicola! Hope you're feeling much better now.

Tekapo hot springs
Beautifully clean heated pools with great bathroom facilities which supplied nice flowing soap, shampoo and conditioner. Something we didn't know was that you can leave the pool premises with your wristband and return later, so basically the entry fee could cover a whole day. The views from the pools are beautiful whatever the time of year! The only downside is the expensive entry fee, although bookme did provide us with a small saving. Perhaps that makes it peaceful as there were very few people using the pools when we were there. I'm not sure that the pools are natural hot springs.
