Experience the thrill of riding a wave and find out for yourself why surfing is the most popular board sport in the world!

This 2 Hour Surf Lesson brought to you by the highly acclaimed O’Neill Surf academy is ideal for beginners wanting to catch their first wave. We also cater to more advanced surfers who are looking to improve upon their technique.

Our experienced coaches teach beginners safety, standing techniques and posture and for those wanting to take it to the next level we can help you improve on paddling out, turning, catching green waves, take-offs and inject some serious confidence into your riding ability.

Your 2hr lesson will take place in the superb pristine waters of Mount Maunganui, surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, with a stunning beach on one side of the peninsular and the sheltered waters of Pilot Bay on the other.

With our highly skilled surfing coaches, small class sizes and awesome surfing location, we'll ensure your surfing experience is memorable and heaps of adrenaline-fuelled fun!

 

Price: $80 per person (Must be a minimum of 6 years old)

Price Includes: Surfboard & wetsuit. If you wish to bring your own, please do so

Duration: 2hrs

Conditions: Cancellations within 5 days of your lesson warrant no refund

What to bring: Water, towel, swimsuit
