good experience -- the Gondola is much fun and the buffet is amazing
Disappointing dinner for our honeymoon after asking for a window table had no reply and after only 80 mins was asked to leave found it quite rude and probly won’t go back again.
Most staff were not friendly. They gave an impression like they wanted to go home early and wanted people to leave before the time was up. The heating was tired off from 9.15pm which made the restaurant very cold. Also, the restaurant ran out off desert (Creme Brule) by 9.20pm. We were booked for 8.30pm group.

I paid for ‘The Best’ option so we would get window seats and drinks as as described in the premiere package. When escorted to our table, it was not a window table and no drinks were included. We didn’t sit down as I was determined to get what we paid for and so half an hour later, after much discussion and trying to convince the manager I knew what I had paid for, we were seated at a window table, which had been vacant the entire time. We were given our drinks voucher but she said we ‘may’ have to pay for those drinks at the end of the evening. Fortunately that didn’t end up happening, but I was so distressed by all the confusion at the beginning and our party was just left standing waiting while I tried to sort things out. If I had screen shot the options on Bookme it would have been so much easier. As our booking was in the week before Christmas, there are now no specials for the Stratosphere online until February so when I tried to refer to the page, it didn’t help. Food was good, views were great, drinks arrived, window table provided. Would I do it again? No. Am I glad we did it this once? Yes. Ticked that off my list ✔️
